Senior Sales Manager RadioAdvertising Abu Dhabi UAE STARZPLAY is a subscriptionbased streaming video on demand service (SVOD) headquartered in Dubai and available in 20 countries in the MENA region. Our service streams thousands of blockbuster Hollywood movies TV shows documentaries kids entertainment and dedicated Arabic content to subscribers in the region. This is what makes us the fastestgrowing SVOD service in the region. Playco Arabia FZ LLC is a subsidiary of Playco Group. The Group mainly operates from UAE region with the support of subsidiary in Dubai UAE and Lahore Pakistan.Excited yet Join our team in UAE to play a part in making STARZPLAY the fastestgrowing Entertainment & Media service in the region! The role:STARZPLAY is seeking a dynamic and clientfocused Sales Manager Radio to join our Advertising Department. You will be responsible for overseeing and leading all radio advertising activities within the organization. This pivotal role involves developing

radio advertising strategies and collaborating with clients and/ or agencies to deliver effective radio campaigns. The Senior Manager drives business growth through innovative radio advertising solutions and ensures exceptional service delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Radio Advertising Strategy: Develop and execute radio advertising sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Monitor radio advertising trends emerging opportunities and market dynamics.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key clients understanding their radio advertising needs. Collaborate with clients to devise customized radio solutions that drive desired results.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of radio advertising campaigns across various radio channels. Ensure that campaigns are delivered with excellence meeting or exceeding client expectations. To coordinate with Programming team across all stations to ensure the campaigns are being executed effectively.
  • Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to generate revenue and achieve sales targets for STARZPLAY and Abu Dhabi Media. Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams while maximizing existing client accounts.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas. Manage a sales pipeline effectively to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and conversions
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on the performance of radio campaigns offering insights and recommendations for enhancements. Regularly report on the effectiveness of radio advertising efforts to senior management.
  • Market Research and Trends: Stay informed about radio advertising trends emerging opportunities and innovations. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in radio advertising strategies.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for radio advertising contracts rates and terms with radio stations and advertising partners. Ensure favorable terms and conditions that benefit the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in radio advertising sales and revenue generation through agencies and direct clients with a minimum of 1015 years of media sales or relevant experience.
  • Established and close contact with media buying agencies and direct clients.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on radio sales.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing radio advertising strategies that drive results.
  • Analytical and datadriven mindset with a focus on performance metrics.
  • Expertise in radio advertising trends radio channels and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
  • Effective negotiation skills and a track record of maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Visionary thinking and a resultsdriven approach
