We are looking for a dedicated and customeroriented Senior Sales Manager to drive sales and guide our Jr. sales team. The Senior Sales Manager responsibilities include analyzing industry trends to identify ways to improve company services ensuring that customers are satisfied with the company services and creating longterm trusting relationships with our customers.
Sr. Sales Manager responsibilities:
Meeting overall company sales target and guide the team toward achieving their targets.
Identifying promising prospects through coldcalling networking and customer referrals.
Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made potential and existing customers as well as sales employee performance evaluations.
Assisting and guiding Junior Sales Representatives and specialists
Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
Conducting indepth research on competitors products pricing and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
Submitting account plans and sales reports to higher management.
