We are looking for a dedicated and customeroriented Senior Sales Manager to drive sales and guide our Jr. sales team. The Senior Sales Manager responsibilities include analyzing industry trends to identify ways to improve company services ensuring that customers are satisfied with the company services and creating longterm trusting relationships with our customers.

Sr. Sales Manager responsibilities:

Meeting overall company sales target and guide the team toward achieving their targets.

Identifying promising prospects through coldcalling networking and customer referrals.

Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.

Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.

Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made potential and existing customers as well as sales employee performance evaluations.

Assisting and guiding Junior Sales Representatives and specialists

Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.

Conducting indepth research on competitors products pricing and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.

Submitting account plans and sales reports to higher management.



Requirements

Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends emerging technologies and market dynamics within the DOOH sector.

Sales Expertise: Strong sales insight including prospecting negotiating and closing deals.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey value propositions negotiate contracts and maintain client relationships.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives and market demands.

Passion and Drive: Passion and enthusiasm are contagious and can inspire both colleagues and clients.

Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with clients agencies and partners to drive revenue growth and foster longterm partnerships.

Leadership Abilities: Lead and mentor a sales team providing guidance support and motivation to achieve sales targets.

ProblemSolving Skills: Quickly identify and address challenges or obstacles in the sales process to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

Customer Focus: Prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional service to clients addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

Creativity: Develop innovative sales approaches campaign ideas and valueadded services to differentiate offerings and stand out in the market.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing and operations to deliver integrated solutions and drive business growth.


Qualifications:

A minimum of bachelor s degree in marketing or related field.
