Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - KBR

Title:

Candidate must have comprehensive practical knowledge and experience in Quality assurance aspects as applied in Oil and Gas Projects including.

• Demonstrated experience in development implementation monitoring of Project Quality Management Systems
• Support the Project Quality Management Review
• Support monitoring of project quality KPIs and reporting of project quality performance
• Experienced in participating in quality incident & failure investigations (RCAs)
• Collation of lessons learned/quality alerts and dissemination into the quality networks and project communities.
• Development and management of mitigation actions required for Lessons learned and flaws.
• Development and implementation of audit and review program (this includes vendor construction / module fabricator assessments) including execution and monitoring the close out of audit findings.
• Conduct quality audits/assessments Quality Management (QM) oversight and Supplier Quality Surveillance (SQS) and EPC Quality Audits including evaluating the effectiveness of the system implementation.
• A CQI/IRCA certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead auditor is must.
