Senior Projects Manager -

Job Title: Senior Projects Manager (PMIS)

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management:

• Lead and oversee the endtoend deployment of the PMIS solution ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans taking into consideration all aspects of the PMIS implementation.

Stakeholder Management:

• Effectively communicate project objectives progress and outcomes to various stakeholders including executive leadership project teams and endusers.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address concerns provide updates and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

PMIS Implementation:

• Leverage your extensive experience in implementing PMIS solutions with a focus ideally on PMWeb within the real estate and construction sector.
• Work closely with technical teams vendors and internal users to customize and configure the PMIS to meet specific organizational requirements.

Leadership:

• Manage the project ecosystem providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of the PMIS solution.
• Foster a collaborative and resultsoriented team environment. Handle confidential and sensitive information with tact poise and diplomacy.
  
  

Minimum Qualification

• Masters degree in engineering or economics. An MBA would be a plus.
• 12 years of relevant experience in consulting industries out of which 8 years of experience in Project and Program Management
• 5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate industry (Feasibility & Concept Design to Construction Handover).
• Certified in one of the mainstream project management methodologies (PMP/ PRINCE 2)
• Experience in successfully leading enterprisewide transformation projects
• Proven experience in successfully deploying PMIS solutions with a preference for PMWeb.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
