Manage projects in the region from initiation and planning phases toward execution monitor & control phase till handingover stage in order to provide best in class project management solutions meeting stakeholder requirements within estimated financial performance following the adequate project management methodologies and practices. Duties include developing skills information and management discipline necessary to deliver actions in a timely manner at planned gross margins leveraging HBS tools processes and best practices.

Project Manager

• Take ownership and be responsible to deliver and achieve both operational & financial metrics.
• Reach objectives in terms of projects performance billable hours productivity and process compliance.
• Ensure safe and healthy work environment through effective communication training equipment/vehicle tools and facilities improvement.
• Participate in project scope definition during bidding stage and ensure proper operational estimation is included.
• Lead the handing over process from Sales & Estimation teams.
• Develop detailed project management plan with the respective domains (scope time cost resources procurement quality communication risk).
• Maintains customers satisfaction at acceptable levels and resolves customer satisfaction issues.
• Reviews VOC feedback and takes appropriate proactive actions.
• Ensure the teams delivery of agreed services on time within scope and within budget.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and comfort by identifying customer implicit requirements individually and with his/her assigned team.
• Deliver the projects on time within scope with Zero or positive marginal improvement.
• Manage change in project scope through adding values to customer and variation orders following adequate verification techniques.
• Ensures the availability of tools equipment and materials required while maintaining and controlling inventory levels.
• Actively supports the implementation and compliance of productivity enhancing processes related to service delivery taking ownership to implant these in his or her own scope of responsibility.
• Perform regular risk assessment to determine threats and opportunities and develop adequate risk response.
• Track and monitor projects performance using proper company tools and techniques.
• Control variances to the plan and develop recovery plan (if any is required).
• Monitor monthly projects financial performance measures (includes revenue recognition margin invoicing as well as cash collection among other financial metrics.)
• Actively discourage silo mentalities and attitudes.
• Be the change management leader and aggressively implement agreed to initiatives.
• Where applicable ensure fire and security industry codes and standards are upheld.
• Ensure local statutory requirements are upheld.
• Assist / participate in company Service growth initiatives / projects.
• Seek business opportunities through promoting Honeywell solutions and thirdparty systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachler degree in Electrical Electronic Engineering with 8 10 years of experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other projects planning software/platforms.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is adding value.
• 8 plus years of related projects/service experience in Honeywell or a related industry. Experienced and having profile of Security Systems (Access controls CCTV DVR/DVM solutions) FAS Lighting Connected Service Cloud Base solutions) additionally having fair knowledge of Building Management system.
• 57 pulse years in a team leadership role necessary.
• Thorough knowledge of service field operations and financial processes.
• Expertise in communicating negotiation and implementing process.
