Senior Project Management Officer

Requirements

• Have a good understanding about Portfolio Management & Project Management activities.
• Have good knowledge of HSBC finance tools and processes including and not limited to Clarity, GPDM, Allocation Method.
• Candidate should have a good understanding about AOP Planning, Project Life cycle, Financial Aspect.
• Good communication skills with English (spoken and written).
• Excellent Analysis and Presentation skill is required.
• Have Experience of using Project Management Tooling - Confluence, JIRA, Sharepoint, other project management tools.
• Ability to deliver on time and at a consistent professional level
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team, as required; work as a robust and resilient self-starter
• Manage all activities which focus on maintaining and optimizing the overall functional health.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-starter and able to perform with minimal supervision
• Able to cope with tight deadline and demonstrate the ability of multi-tasking.
• Supporting Business Activities, Data Analysis & reporting.
