Senior Nurse Clinician -MotherBaby Care based in the Philippines

One of the leading healthcare facilities in Saudi Arabia - Eastern Province is looking for Senior Nurse Clinician - Mother/Baby Care.

The Sr. Nurse Clinician provides complex professional nursing care to the patient using independent nursing judgment within defined programs, protocols, policies, procedures and standing orders. Receives supervision and direction from the Charge Nurse and Supervisor. Work is performed on any shift, as required, in the Mother & Baby Care Unit of the facilities.

• Provides total, direct nursing care to patients requiring advanced, skilled or complex care.
  
• Precepts new hires and nursing interns and mentors nursing staff with identified needs.
  
• Completes clinic specific competencies as identified by the supervisor.
  
• Responds to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards and protocols and initiates BLS.
  
• Monitor s vital signs and performs assessments as per MSP-80.
  
• Provides postpartum care to newly delivered women following normal, instrumental and operative deliveries, along with their well newborn babies.
  
• Actively promotes rooming in and breast feeding.
