- Ensure the contracts are fully conversant and comply with all relevant property management Codes of Practice, rules, policies and procedures in the management of property and tenancy management.
- Develop, evaluate and implements a lifecycle procedure including the technical and commercial aspects.
- Develop a robust and auditable process in which the Serco team review all tenancy contracts and ensure their effective implementation.• Develop a rigorous system for the moving in/out of new old/tenants into leased facilities.
- Manage Client Relationship Management activities as required
- Manage tenant, client and stakeholder communications and relationships
- Outline the property management strategy of individual assets within the masterplan.
- Creation of a leasing strategy
