Roles And Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Understand client business needs challenges and goals through active engagement.

Project Management: Assist in project planning defining project scope timeline and resource requirements. Contribute to project execution and delivery collaborating closely with the team.

Problem Solving and Analysis: Identify complex business problems and provide strategic solutions.

Team Leadership: Provide guidance mentorship and support to team members ensuring their professional development.

Strategy Development: Assist Project Manager in defining client business strategies growth plans and operational improvements. Contribute to actionable insights and recommendations driving organizational change.

Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients often at the executive level effectively communicating findings recommendations and progress updates.

Operating Model Experience: Design optimize and implement effective operating models across various functions. Analyze operating models and provide strategic recommendations for enhancing operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness.

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of experience preferably with 2 years in a consulting firm.
• Experience with government strategies.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
• Excellent organizational skills ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Language Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Arabic proficiency required for delivering and presenting.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities.
• ClientFocused Approach: Deep understanding of client needs and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Project Management Abilities: Experience in managing consulting projects including planning execution and delivery.
• Experience in Project management Strategy & Transformation.
