Responsibilities:
• Provide consultation on normal and emergency plant maintenance procedures and standards.
• Offer technical support to electrical maintenance and machine shop operations.
• Perform stator rewinds, testing, and vibration analysis for high-voltage electric motors.
• Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of electric motors and generators.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and modify equipment, focusing on cost reductions and process improvements.
• Introduce the latest technology in repair methodology.
• Design engineering packages for electrical equipment.
• Coach and share knowledge with junior engineers.
