Senior Firefighting projects Engineer

Key Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all stakeholders

Thinking creatively for to hand over the project within the project specs and budget.

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.

Responsibilities:

Strong understanding of Fire protection system

Experience of installation of Fire protection systems ( sprinkler wet riser Fire pump Clean agent system Foam system wet chemical .etc. ) liaising with Authorities Clients Consultants for obtaining the approval and NOCs.

Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Collaborate with clients contractors and internal teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables.

Manage project budgets timelines and resources effectively.

Ensure compliance with local regulations standards and best practices.

Recognize critical design issues and resolve them on time by making necessary design changes and obtaining required approvals.

Attend meetings with the client project team and prepare progress reports.

Report on issues that might affect the work progress as per the preset schedule and when needed review schedules and priorities for optimization of time and resources.

Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.

Requirements

Knowledgeable of:

UAE Market clients consultants and contractors

UAE Fire Code and NFPA regulations

Qualification:

Bachelor s in engineering specialized in Mechanical

Minimum 5 8 years relevant experience in UAE

Preferable:

Having UAE Driving license
