Senior Finance Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management of team of Accountants
Complete responsibility of Finance Department to report to the Managing Partners (3)
Oversees the entire finance team performance across all Shapoor Group.
Leads to present to the management any improvements that need to be done and any system/software that can cater to the improvement.

Reporting and Audit :
Review of financial reports submitted and consolidated by the Senior Accountants.
Leads the monthly and quarterly financial reporting and review with the management. Participates and prepares annual budget and financial projections.
Organizing and supporting the auditors to conduct annual audits.
Communicates openly with the management regarding any abnormal fluctuations/deviations from the budget/forecast and to be able to support the rationale behind.
Tracks the financial performance of various Fixed Price Projects through financial dashboards and works closely with the Account Managers and BDs. Payables
Checking and approving the supplier payments before the final approval.
Preparation of Annual Cash Flow forecast in correlation with the annual budgets prepared.
Evaluates and performs analysis on short-term loan opportunities from banks or third-party financing companies. VAT and other taxes
Knowledge on Provisions relating to implementation of VAT in Service companies on complex situations.
Ability to advise the management on various tax schemes. Other ad hoc tasks as required by your line manager from time to time.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE :

Hard Skills
Bachelors Degree in accountancy or equivalent, as a minimum requirement.
CPA/CA qualified or equivalent is desirable.
Experience with accounting software. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar capacity, preference to UAE and or GCC experience.
Good English Communication..
Extensive knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards
Adept in Microsoft office tools such as excel. Soft Skills

Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or equivalent
CPA/CA/ACCA/CMA qualified
