Project: This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadia and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently bidding for this programme which will require highcalibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

We are hiring an ambitious and forwardthinking senior cost manager to join our established and growing team in Saudi Arabia.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing project cost control data structures to accurately track and control actual costs.

• Establishing and setting the project control budget aligned with agreed baselines.

• Tracking of actual costs both for internal and external expenditures against the cost control structures.

• Tracking and controlling project accruals and commitments against set budget constraints.

• Building project forecast to include for estimated work to complete (ETC) and the development of the estimate at complete (EAC).

• Reporting all project information including earned value management and strictly implementing the earned value of major programmes will be highly regarded.

• Tracking project contingency and exposure associated with risk events and remaining risks on the project.

• Tracking project change control to ensure alignment with agreed baselines and control data structures.

• Tracking key project trends that can inform future change controls.

About you

You have a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Quantity Surveying or a relevant qualification with experience in the delivery of project control services for major projects or programmes. You will have strong Precontract experience with cost planning ideally having worked on significant building assets. You Having regional (GCC) experience is preferable having professional Membership (MRICS AACE) is required.

You are digitally savvy can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
