Senior Buyer

This is a remote position.

• Own end-to-end requirements for Motor LoB
  
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, UW, Operations, Tech and other stakeholder partners to understand user needs and pain points
  
• Understand and Analyst current Business Processes and related tech & product implementation
  
• Perform GAP and impact analysis as part of holistic solution proposal
  
• Identify opportunities for Automating manual processes
  
• Work with different teams around the company to understand their use cases and processes
  
• Prepare comprehensive business-product requirements specifications
  
• Engage with Vendors as and when required, for effective development, deployment and maintenance of products and features
  
• Liaise with designers, developers, QAs to implement the requirements and provide necessary guidance
  
• Evaluate test cases and actively participate in UAT phase for quality delivery
  
• Train end users on new features, products to increase change adoption
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years as Business Analyst
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Motor Business Analyst is mandatory
  
• Experience of other LoBs / Functions of General Insurance will be advantage
