Security Manager

Responsibility:

• Support the strategic direction, planning, development and implementation of policies, procedures and work instructions in relation to Security service delivery.
• Lead and continually develop the risk/threat management framework for Base Security services including the continual analysis of trends.
• Lead a team of security professionals ensuring that security strategy and operational delivery is implemented to meet business and client expectations and KPIs
• Oversee the planning of mobilisation, training, and deployment of the security team
• Ensure training standards and regular review of competency profile for the security team
• Ensure the implementation of a framework of Procedures and work instructions for the investigation of security violations
• Develop operating procedures and assures that all necessary precautionary measures are taken for the protection of client personnel, assets and facilities on base.
• Manages all aspects of security operations on base to ensure personnel, assets, and business results are not affected by the security risks.
