Office Organization: Keep the executives office or workspace organized including managing supplies filing systems and other office resources.
Gatekeeping: Screen and filter phone calls emails and visitors to prioritize important matters and protect the executives time.
Research: Conduct research on various topics as requested by the executive providing information and summaries to aid decisionmaking.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality on matters related to the executive and the organization.
Technology Proficiency: Be proficient in using office software and other tools necessary for the role such as word processing spreadsheet software and scheduling applications.
