Client Relationship Manager

One Mind (search: One Mind m1nd) is an innovative new UK start-up on a mission to make mindfulness mainstream!

We are looking for an experienced client relationship manager to create a strategy and reach out to as many Schools, Headteachers and Sencos as possible with our Mindfulness for Primary Schools video course. Or maybe targeting The Department for Education and other Local Authorities across the U.K?

We want to secure either yearly memberships from schools or sponsorship from local companies interested in supporting hundreds of 6-11yr olds as they return to school during this very difficult time. Building relationships will take time - this isn't a quick win, but a long term project that can offer a 10% yearly commission on every subscription/school signed up.

We have an exciting opportunity to play a vital role within the mental health intervention for Primary Schools via our established links with Brighton & Hove Local Authority. Join us! You will help to lay the foundations for the growth of a thriving CIC, set to help millions of children across the UK!

As a new Community Interest Start-up Company, we're looking for someone passionate about spreading mindfulness as a concept throughout the UK. Someone who cares about our vision and what we want to achieve, and will commit to helping us get there fast.

The role:
You will work closely with our Founder to create a client relationship and sales strategy
You will take a strategic approach to target and win new business, aiming to forge relationships with Company Directors and Schools - Headteachers & Senco's, the Department for Education and Local Authorities across the country
Keep track of all contact/relationship building via our CRM (currently HubSpot)
Arrange meetings/webinars for our Founder with multiple schools and/or sponsors/DE or LA etc
Follow up with emails/calls etc
Nurture existing customers & secure membership for the following year

This role is commission only, as we can only pay you if we bring schools and sponsors on board.

The candidate....you are:
A self-starter full of energy to make a difference
An excellent communicator
You will need proven sales results and experience of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs (ideally within the education sector)
Adept at building relationships and contacts via social networking and media platforms
Excellent levels of literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Experienced with customer relations
Practicing mindfulness in your day to day life
Connected to schools already or have knowledge of their systems and how they work
A people person who enjoys building genuine relationships and helping people
Passionate about our cause and believe teaching mindfulness in schools could positively affect children, teachers and parents!

Any experience with PR would also be very advantageous!

PLEASE NOTE this is a bootstrapped start-up Community Interest Company, this is an expenses-only role volunteer role with a 10% commission on subscription sales or sponsorship deals. Subscriptions range from 800 per year to 200 per year per school. We would ideally like someone who can commit at lease 20hours per week.
