Role and Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Executive you will be pivotal in identifying and capitalizing on new business prospects within the FMCG sector. Your role will involve close collaboration with customers to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
Lead generation and developing strategies for increase in Sales.
Reaching Sales Target and Goals.
Confirm appointments and meetings to introduce the company and the companys services to potential clients and build and maintain ongoing or new relationships.
Procuring new clients through direct contact wordofmouth visiting markets or by Phone calls.
Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing customers to ensure that they are retained.
Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
Negotiating with leads and using persuasion techniques to overcome objections and landing deals that are beneficial to the company.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems developing solutions preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
Requirements:
Minimum Two years experience.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in Food Trading / FMCG Industry.
Diploma in Business Administration BS Sales and Marketing (Preferred But Compulsory).
Must be fluent in Arabic and should be able to communicate English.
Strong negotiation and selling techniques
Great networking Skills and relationship building skills.
Valid Saudi Driving License and Iqama.
