About the Role:
To deliver the companys growth objectives by optimizing Sales & distribution of all Almarai Bakery

products in his designated area by strictly adhering to company operational policies & procedures

and maintaining highest sales and merchandising standards through strong leadership of a team of

salesmen.

Requirement :
Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:

Should be holding bachelors degree/Diploma in Business Administration or Sales & Marketing.

Must have at least 2 years sales experience in a Supervisory role in a van sales environment preferably FMCG business.

Must be good written and spoken in English.

Knowledge on Sales operation in FMCG environment.

Must have strong communication and Interpersonal communication skills.

Must have competencies such as ability to lead a team and work with a team negotiating skills numeric and analytical time management skills ability to motivate and expire others.
