Designation :- Mutual Fund Specialist/ Mutual Fund Advisor
Core Builder products : Mutual Funds, Insurance such as General and Life, etc &
Other banking products as per customer s need
Experience :- Minimum 1 - 3 years
Gender Preference :- Female & Male
Qualification :- MBA/ Any Graduate/ Any Post Graduate
CTC :- Negotiable
Location :- Jamshedpur
Job Role:-
*Engaging with customers to enrich the relationships and garner higher wallet share of the customers
*Increase the Investment AUM portfolio by means of Acquiring, Enhancing, Deepening and Retention.
*Developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high net worth customers through individualized customer service.
*Plan and organize lead generation activity, sales initiatives & events for prospective and existing clients.
*Prioritizing 360 customer engagement
*Ensure that the quality of services is maintained as per the standards set and customers escalations are at bay.
*Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction thus improving the NPS
*Ensure that the defined parameters for opening of a new account are met as per the process and compliance
Job Requirements:
MBA/Graduate
Excellent Interpersonal skills Written and oral.
Good interpersonal and sales skills with strong people and time management.
Skills : mutual fund channel distribution,mutual funds,insurance,insurance sales,liabilties sales,sales & marketing
