The Role
Job Description: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships and provide feedback and markets intelligence to the management team. Understand client needs and requirements and tailor solutions accordingly. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and drive lead generation and sales strategies. Handle sales pressures professionally and maintain a positive attitude.

Requirements
Position Title: Sales Manager Employment Type: Fulltime Salary: up to 15K AED allinclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus commission/incentives Job Location: Dubai UAE About the Client: A wellknown group of companies with expertise in multiple business units such as technology healthcare real estate fintech logistics tourism food & beverage and hospitality. Qualifications: Open to European and Arabic nationals 35 y/o and below At least 3 years of experience in the similar role Experience in Sales function is mandatory Strong skills in communication interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to handle sales pressures and meet targets consistently Knowledge of a specific market outside the UAE will be considered an added advantage
