Sales Manager - Male or Female - Habitat hotel All Suites

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective product positioning and messaging
Provide ongoing training coaching and support to the sales team
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
Stay uptodate with industry trends competitors and customer needs

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of sales principles methods practices and techniques
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to drive sales strategies
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Customer serviceoriented mindset
Technical sales experience is a plus
