Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives achieving sales targets and developing strategies to increase the companys market share and profitability.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Lead mentor and motivate a team of sales representatives.
  • Set sales targets and monitor individual and team performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop business plans to penetrate those markets.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitors sales activities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts budgets and reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and finance to ensure the alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends new products and advancements to offer innovative solutions to clients.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Resultsdriven and goaloriented mindset.
  • Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of market research and data analysis techniques.
