- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the car repair/garage sales team
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their skills and performance
- Identify market trends and opportunities for business expansion
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated with industry trends products and competitors
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
Requirements
- Experience in sales management in the car repair/garage industry.
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Knowledge of car repair and maintenance procedures.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Certifications in sales or the automotive industry.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar role.
