We, Naman Staffing are hiring for one of our client into Manufacturing Segment

Position: Sales Engineer/ Asst. Sales Manager

Location: Saudi Arabia

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech

Experience: 2 to 10 years

Roles and responsibilities:

• To identify and evaluate growth opportunities, meets or exceeds sales revenue for entire FMT product range in the KSA market.
• To handle Key accounts in oil & Gas segment particularly Saudi Aramco and Sabic affiliates, to develop deep understanding of process & application with regards to FMT product, establish strong network within influencers and decision makers to specify the products for upcoming projects, to activate the dormant opportunities and to capitalize the aftersales market by overserving the customers.
• To build the strong relationship Engineering companies including but not limited to GES+ to endorse FMT products specifications, to work closely with skid packagers and EPC contractors from bidding stage till execution stage.
• To manage distribution business by evaluating their performance, identifying gaps and working on improvement plans including onboarding new partners for various products.
• Responsible for preparing monthly forecast, MBR, achieving sales targets with sustainable and profitable growth.
• Able to work closely with finance and operations to ensure smooth co-ordination of order management process, accounts receivable targets are met.
