Job Summary
A real estate Sales Manager supervises real estate sales associates and builds a strong sales team to surround them including buyers agents and showing assistants. Sales Manager will mentor his/her real estate sales team to success. To manage the associates properly managers need to understand how to motivate and train the attitudes and habits of a buyers agent who should be committed to putting their clients first and winning leads.

The Sales Manager is an individual who is highly sociable draws energy from working with people and is optimistic and outgoing. He/she is an excellent leader within the organization able to build a cohesive sales team of Sales Associates who are united in their commitment to the teams standards and to achieving the teams goals. They have a strong sense of urgency but not at the expense of quality.
The Sales Manager leads the buyer side of the team by hiring training consulting and holding accountable all Sales Associates. In addition he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the management ability knowledge attitudes skills and habits of a highachieving Sales Associate who is committed to putting clients first doing the right thing and to seeking winwin agreements.
The Sales Manager also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses teaching courses when appropriate and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues. He/she is committed to investing in the people on the team and regularly provides them with learning and growth opportunities as well.
Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Lead motivate and manage a team of Sales Associates providing guidance support and training to maximize their performance.
Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to effectively market and sell residential homes: primary holiday and investment.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials for all housing and holiday properties ensuring maximum exposure to potential buyers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders to source buyers.
Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify trends competitive pricing and buyer preferences in the real estate and holiday home sectors.
Set sales targets and monitor the performance of the sales team providing feedback and implementing corrective measures as needed.
Guide and assist Sales Associates in negotiating sales contracts ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with finance and legal teams to facilitate smooth and timely completion of property transactions including securing necessary approvals and documentation.
Stay updated on industry developments market conditions and changes in regulations related to housing and holiday homes.
Represent the company at industry events exhibitions and networking opportunities to promote the companys real estate housing and holiday home offerings and generate leads.
Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management highlighting sales performance trends and opportunities in the real estate and holiday home segments.
Manage the CRM system.
