What you will do
Managing databases
Preparing documents, letters, contracts, presentations, and reports
Preparing comparative market analysis for listings
Screening phone calls, inquiries, and requests, and handling them when appropriate
Input all client information into client database system
Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance
Dealing with incoming email, faxes, and posts
Organizing agenda meetings
Arranging appointments
Record-keeping
Must haves
Strong communications skills or marketing/business background
Someone who can help with light marketing responsibilities, but with guidance. For example: Write blogs, maintain our SM accounts, Review website, Consolidate banking transactions, assist with rental repair coordination with REO property tasks
Upper Intermediate English level
Advanced PC user
Ability to find information in open recourses
Positive thinking and good customer service.
