General Purpose
Daily working directly within the Finance/Credit team, Sales, and customers on new dealer documentation, existing dealers, credit questions, backup Director of Credit on order approval release, and
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Sending and receiving credit applications along with supplementary paperwork in
- Reviewing documents to ensure their completion and precision, then identifying the legal name and entity of the
- Performing risk analyses and using the findings to inform the amount of credit recommended to the Director of
- Informing customers about the outcomes of their credit
- Preparing, sending, receiving, and logging customer contracts in
- Providing additional training support to eligible and steadfast customers upon
- Order credit reports (D&B) for new dealer applications as
- Enrolling dealers in the Term Sync payment
- Filing UCC-1 secured financing Purchase Money Security Interest in i-lien Processing amendments and continuation
- Collecting and compiling a database of Certificates of Insurance on customers and maintain for the Director of
Backup for the Director of Credit for order entry to approve customer orders, credit holds and
Manage and apply all payments received in
Contact dealers about short payment on in a credit
Responsible for collection of these accounts, whole goods & parts in credit
Assist with assigned month end duties and running customer
Cash posting of customer payments in
Concur expense maintenance, review, and data entry for the new sales team
Performs other duties as

Demonstrable experience as a Credit Specialist for 3
