Sales Administration Executive - RAK Properties

The Role
Job Objective: Providing Admin Support to the line Manager and the team related to daily operation. Key Responsibilities: To assist Line Manager and the team in doing Resale Transactions. To assist Line Manager and the team in collecting the required admin fees from the customers related to title deed fees NOCsfees master community fees penalties and Fewa fees. To prepare the Arabic part for the new Sales & Purchase Agreement to print the original SPA and to keep it in the unit file. To submit the signed title deed applications by email to RAK municipality and to do the required payment related to affection plan fees. To obtain the required signature from Municipality Staff once submitting our original applications and cheques. To collect the original title deed from the Municipality once ready. To coordinate with Finance team for clearance certificate and manager cheque and to coordinate with CS team for affection plan doc. To assist the team in uploading the required approved documents in the system as per the department rule Any additional tasks assigned by department head Ensure compliance with the companys policies rules and procedures related to Health Safety and Environmental Management. Requirements
Requisite Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor. Experience Requirement: 3 to 5 years of experience Skill Sets: Good Communication Skills. Ability to work under pressure. Computer Skills. Good Arabic & English Languages.
