As Program Director for Midway Living (), you will oversee/manage the continued operations of a twenty-four-hour cluster shelter program, ensuring each family is provided with responsible, consistent, compassionate services according to program and state

HIGHLIGHTS

• Ensure/monitor 24-hour coverage required by state regulation, including weekends, holidays, emergencies
  

• Provide clinical/administration supervision to all levels of staff
  

• Monitor/oversee the condition and safety of the building and grounds
  

• Ensure all families served receive services including, but not limited to assessment, counseling, advocacy, legal assistance, case management, support groups, childcare, basic needs, financial stability, housing, mediating disputes, and addressing grievances
  

• Ensure projected revenue numbers are met by ensuring that all beds in the shelter are occupied, preparing vacated rooms quickly for new families, and coordinating all referrals of new families from DHS
  

• Responsible for all hiring decisions in coordination with the Chief Operating Officer
  

• Oversee all administrative paperwork
  

• Generate monthly reports of petty cash, purchases, inventory/staffing paperwork to ensure expenses incurred fit within the annual budget
  

• Available 24 hours to mediate urgent matters with clients when Shift Supervisor is not able to resolve any ongoing
