Reservation Coordinator Travel Tourism

One of our clients is a tourism company specializing in airline and hotel reservations is looking to hire a female Reservation Coordinator for their Al Ain Office. If you have previous work experience of booking tickets / reserving hotel rooms or selling / organising tourism packages then this is a golden opportunity to work with a highly reputed travel & tourism company in Al Ain.

• Selling / Organising / Arranging Tourism packages
  
• Arranging Visas / Visit Visas
  
• Organizing trips and events
  

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  
• Full knowledge of basic computer programs.
  
• Experience in using and managing social networking sites.
  
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in an office environment.
  
• A valid residence permit in Abu Dhabi is preferred.
  
• Answering customers calls and responding to emails
  
• Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings
  
• Support customers and provide information about trips and services.
  
• Managing accounts and following up on payments.
  
• Perform other administrative activities as needed.
  
• Able to work in an office environment.
  
• Flexible working hours.
  

Trial period: Suitable candidates will go under trial (days of trial will be discussed in the interview)
