Should have implemented Dynamics 365 projects using Agile methodology
Experience in using Azure services for integration Power Apps and Power Automate for upstream-downstream systems
Should be able to handle
Suggest possibilities to automate as and when required to reduce human
Should have in-depth practical knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules and have good exposure in other areas of project execution like Customer facing, analysis, consulting, documentation, implementation, development, and support of Business
Assist in the integration of new systems and tools into the technical support flow and infrastructure
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Should be able to communicate and sync with the client as and when
Strong troubleshooting skills are needed to research, diagnose, analyze, and identify solutions with the highest level of customer/user
Strong attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to customers
Should be able to capture & analyze the Server, and platform trace logs & identifying the possible root
Should be able to probe and gather requirements on change requests & bugs
Good communication and team player
