- Prepare the annual trade activation plan and implement demand generation activities (Secondary sales) in Coordination with Sales and Marketing teams .
- Train and develop a robust trade support team (off roll/on roll) across the region. The trade support team is tasked to enroll, engage, build preference for Hempel products amongst the influencer community (i.e., Painters, Small Contractor, Small Projects).
- To develop and maintain good relationship with the Influencer community.
- Own the influencer loyalty programmes, privilege club programme and ensure its success, i.e. drive registration, usage , process to maximise influencer usage .
- Develop a Tint Machine Management programme for the region and ensure adequate Tinting Machine and tint machines spares are maintained .Manage the tint machine experts within the region.
