The Key responsibilities will include:
The Successful candidate will have/be:
A minimum of 10 years experience in a HR Position
Experience covering the MENA Region in terms of HR Scope any other beneficial regional/ multi country experience
Talent management
Experience in diversity management
Building a strong organisational culture in an international team
Negotiation skills and experience in conflict resolution
Building talent development programs
Experience in cooperation with commercial organisation and in recruitment
Organisation design and restructuring experience
Performance Management and team effectiveness
Coaching skills
Change Management leading changes as well as coaching client groups to better manage change
