Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the oil and gas, mining, or construction industries.
- Strong understanding of drilling operations, equipment, and personnel roles within the industry.
- Proven ability to source, attract, and evaluate candidates with specialized technical skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
