Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute recruiting plans for oil and gas positions
Source potential candidates through online channels, networking, and industry events
Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for roles
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
Maintain candidate databases and keep accurate records of recruitment activities
Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process
Stay updated on industry trends and changes to stay competitive in the market
Build relationships with industry professionals and potential candidates
