Recruiter

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in recruiting for senior-level positions including C-suite, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proven experience in volume recruiting.
• Proven experience as a recruiter in the hospitality industry(Hotels and resorts).
• In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry's specific staffing needs and challenges.
• Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience, UAE Experience will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills- in English
• Knowledge of different languages is preferred such as Spanish, Italian, French etc.
• Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
• Adept at using various sourcing techniques and social media platforms for talent acquisition.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
