The Critical Care Resuscitation Unit (CCRU) at the University of Maryland Medical Center R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center is a one of a kind unit which specializes in resuscitation of the adult critically-ill, non-trauma patient being transferred from outside facilities for tertiary Using a collaborative team approach, this unit facilitates rapid access to a wide range of services such as neurology, stroke neurology, neurosurgery, cardiac surgery, cardiology, acute care emergency surgery, vascular, soft tissue, medicine and
As a nurse in the CCRU, you will provide care to a diverse population of patients who require rapid clinical evaluation, resuscitation, stabilization and management for neurological, surgical, medical and/or cardiac emergencies using a collaborative team ;
2810/ week
Stipends: 1442 week
36 hrs rotating
13 weeks
ASAP start
Requirements
2 or more year experience in at least a 12-16 bed surgical, neuro, medical, trauma or cardiac ICU
3 years preferred
Invasive monitoring experience required
BLS
ACLS
RN license from MD or compact state
Must work some weekends and holidays
