Reception manager

• Collaborate with plant leadership teams to ensure alignment with strategic intentions in an effort to ensure a safe work environment, environmental conformance/compliance, cost management, while providing superior quality products and services to continually improve customer satisfaction managed through a systematic approach.
  
• Lead team performance and provide feedback to hourly teammates in the major areas of accountability, to include safety, quality, environment, people, cost and productivity.
  
• Provide a positive teammate relationship environment for plant teammates.
  
• Monitor and communicate results of department key performance indicators to ensure plant and organizational long-term success. Provide day-to-day leadership and direction for the hourly teams.
  
• Manage continuous improvement activities utilizing Standards Driven Process and 5S.
  
• Develop and launch leaders, utilizing the multi-skilled work force and job certification system to ensure bench strength and growth within the plant.
