- Provide clear, Timely and accurate information and reports to Head of Section (H.O.S.)
- Support senior members of the team in the day to day management and delivery of projects.
- Preparation of detailed B.O.Q. & cost estimation/BTB rates
- Preparation of contract variations in coordination with projects team.
- Review/resolve payment certificates for different projects
- Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget accordingly
- Study Drawings/ specification and other contract documents to prepare initial work schedule and update it as required by H.O.S.
- Monitor and track project progress and prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports
- Prepare forecast programs as required by H.O.S.
- Prepare labors histograms
- Maintain material procurement/delivery schedule.
- Understand the implications of health and safety regulations.
