Abunayyan Holding is a leading conglomerate in Saudi Arabia with a diverse portfolio of businesses in the fields of construction engineering manufacturing and trading. We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Purchaser Manager to join our team and oversee the procurement process for our various business units.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies that align with the companys overall objectives and budget
Conduct market research and identify potential suppliers negotiate contracts and establish strong relationships with suppliers
Manage the purchasing team and ensure timely and costeffective procurement of goods and services
Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability to meet the companys operational needs
Review and analyze purchase requests and approve or reject based on budget and quality requirements
Collaborate with other departments to understand their procurement needs and provide support and guidance on purchasing processes
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and take corrective actions as necessary
Oversee the preparation and submission of purchase orders invoices and other relevant documents
Stay updated on industry trends new products and pricing to ensure the company remains competitive in the market
Ensure compliance with procurement laws regulations and ethical standards

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement preferably in a managerial role
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Indepth knowledge of procurement processes including sourcing bidding and contract management
Experience in the Water treatment or engineering industry is a plus
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and procurement software
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Fluency in English Arabic is a plus
