Project Manager - Milliman

Description

This Project Manager role will be based in Riyadh KSA. Key responsibilities include local project management and liaison with local clients and various government entities support with proposal development and developing responses to RFPs as well as supporting regional sales initiatives of Millimans Health products.

The successful candidate will report to the senior health consultant in the UAE office.

Job Requirements

• Provide local coordination and client liaison in executing projects from planning to completion;

• Develop and maintain project plans and status updates related to active projects;

• Coordinating with other departments within Milliman and client organizations to ensure that all aspects of a project are completed successfully;

• Liaise with clients to set up meetings attend project update meetings draft meeting minutes and follow up on action items;

• Ensure a sound understanding of active projects timelines and key dependencies;

• Maintain relationships with different stakeholders in KSA;

• Managing client relationships by providing regular updates on project status and issues to ensure satisfaction with progress;

• Support the development of responses to RFPs and RFIs issued by private and government entities across the region;

• Manage prospects through tracking government/ regulator and other avenues of RFI/RFP in the region and coordinate response to proposals and followups as needed;

• Support the development of updated marketing materials and other collateral for client presentations and followup support;

• Support local sales initiatives;

• Travel to prospect and client locations as appropriate; and/or other Milliman offices as needed;

• Consistently achieve written objectives assigned by the reporting manager and local practice leads;

• Potential to progress to a more technical healthcare management consultant role over time.
