Project Interface Manager

Responsibilities:

• Resource Management:
• Involving in interface management is typically the same as for the rest of the project. the PIM cooperate closely with the PEM and the rest of the engineering team. The PIM hosts regular scheduled interface coordination meetings.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Mapping the stakeholders of the interface deliveries and planning how to manage and control the stakeholders, including customer experts, consultants, local authorities, engineering sub-contractors, partners etc
• Risk Management:
• Ensuring interface risks are properly identified and that mitigation actions are in place and followed. Risks should be tracked, reported and integrated in the overall risk management process.
• Communication Management:
• Managing the communication with the customer, sub-suppliers, sub-contractors, partners etc. on interface matters and securing clear, accurate, timely, and consistent communication between stakeholders to ensure up-to-date exchange of information. Managing all communication with their own interface parties outside of the contractual relationships.
