Programme Manager -Oracle Fusion Modernization

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.

● Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria.

● Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential project challenges.

● Allocate resources effectively and ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities.

● Monitor project progress against milestones and deliver regular status updates to the customer.

● Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to keep the project on track.

● Communicate project status, issues, and resolutions in a clear and timely manner.

● Understand and identify critical points and bottlenecks within the process, providing proactive solutions.

Qualifications:

● Senior Project Manager with 10 years of experience in projects.

● Enterprise experience in program management.

● Experience in Oracle Fusion expertise - ERP/HCM/CRM modules.

● Proven ability to manage projects involving mobile apps, HCP, and supply chain management processes.

● Strong communication skills and experience managing customers.

● Hybrid work flexibility with an on-site presence in Dubai is required.

● Familiarity with Prince, ITIL, or PMP methodologies will be an advantage,

● Experience in government or healthcare sectors, especially with back-office ERP, Supply Chain, and HCM will be an added advantage.
