Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 45 years of relevant experience in IT distribution with a strong background in managing products from leading brands such as HP Lenovo and Acer.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of assigned products from conception to endoflife ensuring alignment with company goals and market demand.
2. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends competitive landscape and opportunities for growth. Utilize insights to develop effective product strategies.
3. Product Development: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing and procurement to develop product roadmaps specifications and pricing strategies.
4. Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors such as HP Lenovo and Acer. Negotiate terms pricing and promotions to maximize profitability and market share.
5. Sales Support: Provide sales teams with necessary product training collateral and support to effectively position and sell products in the market.
6. Inventory Management: Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels minimize excess stock and ensure timely delivery of products.
7. Marketing Support: Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns promotions and events to drive product awareness and demand.
8. Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers to understand their needs gather feedback and identify opportunities for product improvement or customization.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field. MBA preferred.
2. 45 years of experience in product management within the IT distribution industry.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing products from leading brands such as HP Lenovo and Acer.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
6. Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue and profitability.
7. UAE experience and knowledge of the local IT distribution market is highly desirable.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and product management tools/software.
