As Avertra Corp s Product Manager you ll be a key player in our MiCustomer Product & Delivery department. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of our projects ensuring they meet client expectations and align with Avertras commitment to excellence.

Main Job Responsibilities:

Project Management:
  • Oversee and manage the endtoend delivery of software projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget.
  • Develop project plans set milestones and allocate resources appropriately.
Client Communication:
  • Act as a primary point of contact between Avertra and clients maintaining clear and open lines of communication.
  • Provide regular project updates address client concerns and ensure client satisfaction.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead and motivate crossfunctional project teams including developers analysts and quality assurance professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and highperformance team culture.
Resource Allocation:
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Ensure that team members have the necessary tools training and support to carry out their responsibilities.
Risk Management:
  • Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively address challenges to prevent project delays or issues.
Quality Assurance:
  • Oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of highquality software solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation procedures.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Manage relationships with various stakeholders including clients internal teams and thirdparty vendors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align project objectives.
Budget Oversight:
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  • Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.
Documentation:
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans status reports and other relevant records.
  • Ensure compliance with Avertras MiFlow documentation standards.
Customer Satisfaction:
  • Monitor and measure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
Escalation Management:
  • Address and resolve projectrelated issues promptly.
  • Escalate issues to appropriate levels of management when necessary.
Reporting:
  • Generate and present regular reports on project progress key performance indicators and other relevant metrics.
  • Provide insights into project status during team and stakeholder meetings.
Adherence to Standards:
  • Ensure that all projects adhere to Avertras MiFlow methodology standards.


Requirements

Needed Competencies:

Project Definition & Design:
  • Participate in exploratory discussions regarding desired business operations performance improvements.
  • Review and analyze current IT systems documentation and work process requirements to identify system capability gaps.
  • Document current and future business/system/data flows.

Development & Testing:
  • Work with the development team in an advisory capacity to produce new systems.
  • Work with the testing team to develop relevant test scenarios and testing plans.

Implementation Maintenance & Monitoring:
  • Facilitate implementation or rollout of new functionality (e.g.assist with the design development and sometimes delivery of training for end users).
  • Plan and develop strategies to convert data from the current system to the new structure if required.

Process Review & Enhancement:
  • Perform continuous reviews of a process or system to align processes with changing business conditions and new products and service offerings.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
  • Familiarity with the software industry especially in areas relevant to Avertra Corps focus (e.g. SaaS digital transformation utility solutions) is valuable.
  • Understanding of industry trends technologies and best practices.
  • Proven leadership experience including managing crossfunctional teams and leading projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong interpersonal and motivational skills to inspire and guide team members.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are crucial. Delivery Leads need to communicate effectively with clients team members and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking skills to address challenges and make informed decisions in a dynamic project environment.
  • Ability to analyze project requirements risks and performance metrics to inform decisionmaking and continuous improvement.
  • The ability to adapt to changing project requirements technologies and client expectations.
  • A resultsoriented mindset with a focus on delivering projects on time within scope and budget.
  • A collaborative and teamoriented approach fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Preferences:
  • PMP Certificate
  • Master s Degree
Education:

A bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science Information Technology Business Management or a related discipline is often required.

Travel:

Dependent on project commitments
