Procurement Assistant (Neom/Trojena)

This is a fulltime sitebased position at the Trojena project in Neom. We are looking for a candidate available immediately with transferrable iqama and being based in Saudi Arabia.

• Responsibilities include:
• Procurement Operations:
  Execute procurement processes collaborate with project team to understand their procurement needs; conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products or services.
• Purchase Order Management:
  Generate and manage purchase orders accurately and efficiently; ensure timely and costeffective procurement goods and services; track and report on the status of purchase orders to relevant stakeholders.
• Vendor Management:
  Build and maintain strong relations with vendors and suppliers; negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers; evaluate vendors performance.
• SAP Expertise:
  Utilize SAP software for procurement activities including creating requisitions purchase orders and managing vendors information.
• Compliance and Documentation:
  Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and legal requirements
