About Our Client

The client is a leading private equity firm specializing in renewable energy and impact investments with a mission to drive sustainable growth and create positive social and environmental impact through our investment strategies.

Job Description

• Conduct comprehensive market research and financial analysis to identify attractive investment opportunities in the renewable energy and impact investment sectors.
• Prepare detailed financial models valuation analyses and investment memos to support investment decisionmaking processes.
• Assist in the due diligence process including analyzing industry trends competitive landscapes and conducting companyspecific research.
• Collaborate with the deal team to structure and negotiate transactions including drafting investment documentation term sheets and legal agreements.
• Monitor portfolio companies performance and prepare periodic reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of investor presentations fund raising materials and investor relations activities.
• Stay updated on industry developments regulatory changes and emerging trends in renewable energy and impact investments.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelors degree in finance economics or a related field from a reputable university. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
• Minimum of 13 years of relevant work experience in bulge bracket investment banks or private equity firms with a focus on renewable energy infrastructure power impact investments or related sectors.
• Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in analyzing complex financial data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in Arabic Russian or Turkish is preferred in addition to English.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough due diligence and effectively communicate investment recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail analytical thinking and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of the renewable energy sector including solar wind hydro and energy storage is preferred.
• Familiarity with ESG (Environmental Social and Governance) principles and impact investing frameworks is a plus.
• Passion for sustainable investing and making a positive impact on the environment and society.
