- Contribute in developing the roadmap for the Prepaid segment propositions in alignment with Consumer strategy
- Support the development and implementation of propositions to grow, cultivate, and build the Prepaid active push and selective engagement customer base in order to reach target customers
- Collect and provide frequent reporting and analysis on prepaid customer behavior interms of data, and contribute effectively in the improvement of customer journey and experience,
- Support in the design of customized propositions related to prepaid consumer data products and service,
- Tailor propositions along the entire customer lifecycle to maximize benefits for Prepaid customers and Mobily
- leverage internal and external capabilities/engagements for Prepaid and design to extend reach and speed to market for all active push and selective engagement consumers products
- Provide timely report as needed to meet management requirements
- Perform other duties as required by the higher levels of supervision
